MAKING A CLAIM You may contact us by telephone, drop in at our offices or submit your claim enquiry on line. Whichever you choose, you will need to give us some brief details of your claim, such as:
Our first step will then be to arrange to meet you to discuss your claim in more detail, so that we are able to give you advice on whether you have a claim and, if so, how likely it is to succeed. We will ask you to bring the following documents to this initial meeting with you:

This is only so that we may assess any insurance conditions that may be included. We need to see these documents to satisfy the requirements of various regulations that govern our work.
