CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Daniels & Company promise that all our clients will receive the best personal customer care possible. In order to ensure that we are maintaining our high standard, we ask each of our clients to complete a Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire, even if their claim was unsuccessful.  The following results are the average results from the last 50 consecutive customer satisfaction questionnaire returns and we believe they show just how committed Daniels & Company are to ensuring our clients are completely happy with our service.

The questionnaire asks four standard questions and clients are asked to answer each question on a scale of 1 to 10.
